- 1600 BGN/810 Euros per month when renting the apartment for a minimum of 1 month in the period 01.04. until 30.11.
Long term rental package includes: rent of the whole apartment for one month, cable TV and WiFi. (electricity, water, etc.) are included.
A deposit of one month's rent is required in advance as a deposit, which shall be returned after leaving the apartment and lack of liability.
Location and Local Attractions
Located just 150 meters from the Yastrebets ski lift in Borovets, the location of this apartment could not be better. All resort amenities are within walking distance. Borovets is known for its wide selection of Bulgarian restaurants and après-ski establishments. Properties in Borovets are becoming more and more popular.
The Borovets resort is the oldest resort in Bulgaria and is known for its easily accessible location (only one hour from Sofia). The area offers a lot all year round with the Iskar Dam only 25 km away where you can practice water sports and fishing.Samokov town is 10 kms away which provides all amenities and public transport is easy to access in Borovets and the surrounding area. Aswell as this, the region does have some high quality spas, such as the ones in Belchinski Bani, 25 kms away and the town of Dolna Banya, also 25 kms away.
