2. Content of the building insurance
a.) All natural disasters except earthquake: 0.22% of the content price.
b.) Earthquake: 0.18% of the content price.
c.) Theft: from 0.8% to 1.10% of the content price.

3. Third Party Liability – 0.34% of the insurance amount for this risk

4. Loss of rental income – 0.54% of the insurance amount for this risk
