We at SkiProperty.BG aim to help out our clients as much as possible starting with finding their ideal property or plot to providing full assistance throughout the sale process.
If you wish, we can offer our assistance with the setting up a company, which is required by Bulgarian law for the purchase of all freehold property (you don’t have to set up a company if you are buying an apartment with no land). According to the Bulgarian Constitution, foreign nationals and foreign legal entities may not directly acquire land ownership rights and will not be able to do so until 2014.
