If you feel uncertain as to the condition of the property you are buying, then it’s worth asking for a survey to be done. We at SkiProperty.BG are one of the first to offer surveys for the Borovets ski area. We realise that building surveys are required for a variety of reasons and it is important to assess conditions and suitability of use for a property. Should you require it, it will include a detailed analysis of the visible parts of the property and any necessary recommendations. It is intended to be as accurate as possible and a team of at least 2 professionals will go round your property. Surveys can be done for either valuation and/or to reveal any structural problems. If your property is older or you are considering doing works to it, it may be wise to issue a survey so that as the property owner, you are fully informed as to the state of your property.
To arrange this, it costs 80 Euros and the survey will be fully translated into English. This applies for both valuation and structural. Should you require anything extra, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you decide to go ahead with a survey, we will require the address of your property in Bulgaria and access. Should you wish to proceed with a quote then again, we offer the services of a Project Manager. This costs 5% of the agreed building quote and is an invaluable service especially for those who are not living in the area, visit very regularly or speak Bulgarian. The Project Manager is there to oversee that works are being done satisfactorily, will send regular photo updates, liaise with the builder, negotiate any extra works and act on the behalf of the property owner.
