There are many restaurants, taverns, fast food restaurants and various other attractions nearby. Nearby is the ice rink and the largest supermarket Aldo.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette with two hotplates, refrigerator, microwave and oven, TV, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), corner sofa, dining area, bathroom with shower and washing machine and two balconies.

Long term rental package includes: rent of the whole apartment for the stated period, digital TV and wi-fi internet. All utility bills are paid additionally. The amount of 800 BGN is required in advance as a deposit, which shall be returned after leaving the apartment and lack of liability.

SKI FACILITIES IN BANSKO: Total Amount of ski pists are 75 кm. Beginners - 35%; Intermediate - 40%; Advanced - 25%;Snow cannons – 260 snow cannons covering 90% of the ski slopes.Bansko offers its guests a unique 16-kilometer uninterrupted ski run, starting from Todorka Peak (2600 m) at the highest point of the ski center, all the way to base station of the Gondola lift at the outskirts of town. The last 7 km of the slope are lighted, and the entire facility is equipped with artificial snow machines to ensure a great skiing experience even in warmer conditions.
