The living room also has a dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed and coffee table, TV section and a TV, air conditioning. The bedroom has a wardrobe, 2 single beds, a sofa bed and a dressing table. The entrance hall has a coat rack with hangers and a single wardrobe. It provides as well a washing machine.

RENTAL PRICES are as follows:   

- for the period May 1st - September 30th - 520 Euros per month with min. stay 5 months and advance payment   

- for the period October 1st - April 30th - 350 Euros per month with min. stay 4 months

- for year round stay - 4000 Euros per year and advance payment  

Long term rental package includes: rent of the whole apartment for one month. All utility bills are paid additionally. One month lease is required in advance as a deposit, which shall be returned after leaving the apartment and lack of liability.
