Project 3
Property was no more than a shell at the start of the major renovation and completion works. A new concrete slab on the first floor had to be made due to the weakness of the original. The outside was rendered, plastered, painted and the roof was re-done. Connection to the water mains had to be established along with plumbing and electrical systems made in the property.
The interior was rendered, plastered and painted with terracotta tile flooring throughout. Four bathrooms were installed along with a kitchen. Position of interior stairs was altered completely. Full insulation and heating system was installed. New double glazed windows were installed.
Property was then completely fenced off with wooden and brick fencing. A patio was built and new plinth on the exterior of property.
