Property was in very bad condition to start with. More than just renovation works were needed. All frames in the property had to be replaced, all new windows, new floors and a bathroom made. Damp proof coursing was needed along with plastering and rendering. An extension was built and a large terrace made with storage underneath.
The position of the stairs was altered and two new rooms built on the top floor (with exposed beams), new roof and full insulation were also added. Heating system was installed.
After the cosmetic works such as tiling, painting etc the property is now a highly desirable holiday home.
