Borovets ski runs are just 6 km away and not a problem to access all year round. The surrounding scenery is stunning all year round and particularly in winter with the beautiful white snow. For more experienced skiiers, a visit to Malyovitsa is recommended. A 15 minute drive away, Malyovitsa has some of the highest slopes in Bulgaria and some challenging pistes.

The large town of Samokov is only 7 km down the road and all amenities can be found here. Sofia city is 60 km by main road and don't forget in summer, you can also access the resort of Lake Iskar where there are sandy beaches and plenty of water sports.
