We offer for sale a summer house "Phoenix and Dragon", located in Camping Gradina Eko. It can accommodate up to 6 people to enjoy an incredible vacation, the song of birds and frogs, the sea breeze and sea waves on the extremely wide and long beach of the Black sea.

The caravan measures 7 meters by 2.5 meters and is divided into two separate sleeping areas and an entrance hall with a pull-out sofa. Additionally, the caravan features a spacious enclosed veranda, fully furnished and equipped, with an area of approximately 40 sq.m. The caravan also includes its own private bathroom, complete with a shower and boiler. For added convenience, there is also a washing machine, making the stay even more comfortable.

On the veranda there is a separate corner for resting and eating and a kitchenette, equipped with everything you might need:

-fridge with freezer
- cooker
- microwave oven
- coffee machine
- kettle for hot water
-party-grill
- barbecue on wood and coal
- mixer
- dishes.

The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, an iron and an ironing board and a 32-inch TV (in one of the bedrooms). There is a dryer and a 50-inch TV on the veranda.

For your convenience, there are available:
- 6 beach chairs,
- 2 pcs. umbrellas,
- 3 wide plastic chairs
- removable fan.

It is well equipped and fully furnished!
There is a secured parking space for one car.

The rent for using the campsite plot is 4000 BGN per year (as of 2024).

Each tenant has their own water meter and electricity meter. At the end of the season, the consumed amount of electricity and water is paid according to the prices of the respective companies.

Camping Sozopol Eco is located in a picturesque area surrounded by nature between Chernomorets and Sozopol, 100 meters from the beach. It is located between Gradina beach and the beautiful pine grove, which makes the location quiet and suitable for relaxation. “Dirty Gradina” and “Kite Bar” are located in the area, but don't worry, the noise won't reach you. It is the perfect place both for people who love peace, and for all lovers of loud evenings and big companies. The campsite offers all the necessary facilities for your dream holiday.
