Apartment complex "KOSARA RESIDENCE" is located in the area of Kosherinata, at the foot of the Pirin mountain, about 300 m south of the main road to the mountain. The architecture is in accordance with the traditional old style of the city of Bansko.

The apartment we offer for sale is located on the third floor and consists of an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette and fireplace, one bedroom, bathroom with shower cabin and WC, terrace with view. Location and Local Attractions
Bansko is the newest ski resort located at 925 m above sea level between Pirin, Rila and the Rhodopes mountains, nestled in the shadow of ice-caped Mt Vihren, the highest peak in Pirin. It has so much to offer, for all ages, and all walks of life, throughout the year. Bansko provides a superb combination of the virgin mountain nature and the atmosphere of the ancient Bulgarian small town. An enchanting historical spot, the town itself attracts visitors by its 120 cultural monuments, its museums and the permanent ethnographic exhibitions. To walk through the ancient cobbled streets you get the feel of the old world charm, with a town filled with history. The town is filled with a mix of tradition and modern catering for all ages and interests. Here there is a very wide range of quality brand new shops and amenities which are constantly being expanded and improved to make Bansko one of the top resorts in Bulgaria. In addition, Bansko is an excellent mountain resort with a short hot summer and long mild winter. Skiing is practiced around Bansko from December until April with abundant snow falls, providing a constant winter snow-cover up to 2 m thick. Pirin mountains have a predominantly Alpine character with 2 peaks towering above 2900 m and though all grades are catered for, Bansko is the best resort in Bulgaria for advanced skiers. Instructors speak various foreign languages and there is a range of equipment for hire. There are 75 km of marked ski runs in Bansko with 14 lifts with the longest ski run of 4.8 km. Unque 16 km ski run with a vertical drop 1600 m suitable for intermediate skiers and snowboarders, covered by snow cannons and lighted, connects the highest ski run with the town. Total of 260 snow cannons secure the good snow cover on 90% of the ski slopes. This is very much an all year round resort, which all the family can enjoy.
