J'ai vraiment été ravi de faire votre connaissance. A l'avenir, j'aurai certainement encore besoin de tes précieux conseils et de ton aide (notamment pour me mettre en contact avec une agence de location ... ou pour réaliser éventuellement l'un ou l'autre petit travail dans l'appartement...!). Mais j'essaierai de ne pas abuser de ta patience. En tout cas, je ne manquerai pas de faire la publicité pour l'agence Skiproperty et sa sympathique équipe, que j'embrasse et que je serais très heureux de revoir lors d'une prochaine visite (avec mon épouse... si elle veut bien voyager en avion, sinon je devrai louer un camping-car pour faire le voyage..!). Let me take this opportunity of wishing you a happy and a prosperous 2007. I returned from Bansko on 30th December. You may have received a call or an email from Lena. We have provisionally booked a 1 bedroom appartment (Apt. 4 - 1 bed,) on the second floor of Block B. Lena was an absolute professional and knew her subject very well. Realising that we had so little time she identified some key properties in a very short space of time and expedited the viewing and all transactions within a matter of hours. You and Lena will be pleased to know that you have converted me from going with MRI to Ski Properties BG. |

Dear Skipropertybg We recently completed on our Bansko apartment and wanted to write to compliment the team on how excellently the whole process was handled. Lina was outstanding. She is superbly efficient and highly professional and took great care to make sure that we understood all aspects of the purchase and that everything was clearly documented. All issues were handled promptly and thoroughly and at no stage did we feel that things were not properly under control. Asya provided great support in Bansko and the UK office was most helpful. The Hotel it was perfect, And Eagle Rock was grand. We were pleased with the apartments And a chance to see your land. Then off we went to Shumen A yellow taxi sped us there. But Sim was there to meet us So we didn’t have a care. Our house in Suha Reka Was really very good. This lovely little house Where our old house had stood. Now we are back in England Remembering those three days in the sun, And we thank you all at Blackseavillas and Skipropertybg For all that you have done. |

Hey Dan! Bulgaria is beautiful, the food is excellent, the people are fabulous! You have a wonderful team working for you over there...our favourite being Bobby (he's such a love), a close runner up being Elitsa (fantastic person and very efficient) with Elina just a touch behind her. Nothing bad to say about the rest of the gang either...they have all been trully wonderful, but you know what it's like, some people just fit in more with our ways! Hey, I could go on and on forever about Bulgaria...but must get on with writing to Krasi! Thanks for everything! |
