Property Care Contract

Ownership of a holiday property home can present the owner with a number of practical difficulties. How do the utility bills get paid? What's happening to the place whilst I'm away? What happens if there's a pipe burst - the water could run for weeks! To take care of such concerns and make ownership of your home as hassle free as possible, we offer three levels of Care Contract. A very basic one, one for building plots and unfinished buildings and another that is very comprehensive. With the Full Care Contract, seeing pictures of your Bulgaria property on a regular basis is very reassuring. You can actually see how things are and address issues quickly. It keeps you in contact with your property in Bulgaria, even though you aren't physically there.

Basic Care Contract 225 Euros per year

1. Key holding
2. Document holding
3. Annual submission of company records to accountant. This includes payment of accountant for his services in dealing with a non active company. If you are actually using your company to trade, you will be responsible for higher fees

Full Care Contract 450 Euros per year

1. Key holding
2. Documents holding
3. Dealing with utility bills
4. Liaising with security company
5. communicating with neighbours
6. Arranging garden services
7. Monthly internal and external Bulgarian property check and sending of email photographs to owner
8. Arranging property maintenance (This does not include managing building works)
9. Arranging payment of annual property tax
10. Annual submission of company records to accountant. This includes payment of accountant for his services in dealing with a non active company. If you are actually using your company to trade, you will be responsible for higher fees.
11. Provision on regular statements of property expenditure
