Payment Plan
Reservation fee is 2000 Euro for studio and 2000 Euro for 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments. In this time the seller should prepare the preliminary contract and send to purchaser.
30% on preliminary contract
30% on 4th slab
30% on Notary Deeds on Act 14 - December 2007/January 2008
10% on Act 16 – permission for use - December 2008

Maintenance is charged at the following rates: 700 Euro for Studio, 800 Euro for 1 bedroom, 900 Euro for 2 bedroom. All apartments are being sold with endless and a lower declared price will be entered into Notary Deeds (600 Euros per m2). Full price can be entered into Notary Deeds however; purchasers must pay 20% VAT on the difference between sale price and 600 Euros per m2.
Location and Local Attractions
Situated only 150m away from the main ski lift in Borovets, location could not be better. So, just get your skiis, and you're practically at the lift station! Prices for such apartments in places like the Alps are considerably higher but Bulgaria is a great low cost alternative. Only a 3 hour flight from UK with bargain airlines such as Easyjet (from Nov 07 onwards), you dont need to travel across the world to get there!

Borovets benefits from being only 1 hour from Sofia by brand new main road and the large bustling town of Samokov is only about 10 minutes away. For summer time, boat and fishing enthusiasts can enjoy Lake Iskar which is about 20 minutes away and with its beaches, the perfect place for a swim.
