Complex Facilities

The public premises/ common areas consist of lobby areas, reception, corridors, staircases, lifts, chambermaids’ office and commercial areas also meet the requirements of “Three stars”. In addition to that, the complex provides covered and open parking lots, a restaurant, a beer hall, a café, a lobby bar, shops, a ski wardrobe, a poly-functional conference hall with 50 persons capacity, children’s nursery, a hall for quiet games, as well as a substantially equipped SPA centre.

The spa centre comprises of a reception, a medical centre, a fitness-bar, dressing rooms, a hairdresser’s shop with cosmetics and manicure options, solarium rooms, massages and water treatments, cabins for steam bath, sauna, tepidarium and an ice cabin, fitness and relax hall, as well as two squash halls. 

Inside the development is a garden area that will be landscaped to include an open restaurant, cafe, children's playground and seating areas.

Furniture packs are available and prices range from 3000 Euros to 6000 Euros depending on size of apartment.

Payment plan

There are five payment plans to choose from with discounts available:

30% on Preliminary contract

Full price will be entered into the final Notary Deeds. Apartments are for sale either freehold or leasehold. Maintenance is charged at 10 Euros per m2 per year not including VAT. Rental management will be available and details will be confirmed closer to completion.

Location and Local Attractions

The centre of Bansko is around 250m away and the gondola station is 1000m away. Bansko's bus station and railway station are both 200m away and from there, travellers are able to reach Razlog, Blagoevgrad, Sofia and other major towns. Sofia city is 160kms away and Blagoevgrad is 60kms away.

The town of the Bansko is home to 10, 000 people and it is bustling all year round and is famous for its traditional heritage which it has preserved over the centuries. Apart from the ski facilities, its history and traditional Bulgarian culture draws many thousands of tourists each year.

The town is home to a large collection of historic monuments including a distinctive clock tower in the town centre (Sveta Troitza church) and the many historically themed 'mehanas' (Bulgarian folk style bars). For a genuine taste of real Bulgarian life aswell as modern ski facilties, Bansko is definitely the place to go. Experience Alpine charm without high French prices!

Ski facilities in Bansko are constantly being improved and since 2003, state of the art Doppelmayer ropeway system and new 8 seater gondola lift have been installed. There are various ski schools, private ski instructors, kindergartens and equipment hire shops so everything can be catered for on your visit to Bansko. It is regarded as the most popular and developed ski resort in Eastern Europe, attracting up to 750, 000 tourists per ski season.

With direct access to over 70 glacial lakes, unspoilt pine forests and unqiue flora and fauna, Bansko does not just offer skiing and culture but a diverse natural environment that attract many ecological tourists. The Pirin National Park is one of the largest in Bulgaria and many excursions are arranged all year from Bansko town itself.
