Sofia city and its international airport is 55km away. In front of the property is the main road leading from Samokov to Belchinski Bani spa. This road also leads to Sapareva Banya and the spas available there. The quaint village centre is 200m away where there is a pub, shops and a café. The property is very near to Palakaria river – it is about 2min. by walking.
