Payment Plan

1 000 EUR is reservation fee for 4 weeks

Ist payment plan is:

30% - upon signing of preliminary contract
30% - within 2 months after first installment is paid
30% - upon issuance of Act 14
10% - upon issuance of Permission for Use

IInd payment plan is - with 5% discount

90% - upon signing Preliminary Contract
10% - upon issuing Act.16

**Mortgages are being offered by the developer at 7.65% for 20 years. Purchasers should be prepared to pay a first installment of 30% and a maximum final installment of 10% on completion.

Maintenance is charged at 10.50 Euros per m2 not including VAT. Full price will be entered into Notary Deeds and buyers have the option of purchasing either freehold or with endless lease. The property is completed and has received Act 16.

Location and Local Attractions
