Apartments:
Fully Furnished. Lighting in the premises is provided by a single body on the ceiling and for a more discreet atmosphere a desk-lamp is available. The living area will be equipped with a three person sofa-bed /can be used as an additional bed if necessary/, two arm-chairs and a low table.
This is a TV cupboard with the audio equipment and cabinet next to the sofa-bed. 25"TV set will be provided for the apartments. The kitchen and dining are executed in the same colour scheme as the living area. The dining is formed by a table with for chairs. Lighting will by provided by a lamp located over the dining table.
Kitchen furnishing is assigned to METRON PLC, a leading company on the Bulgarian market. Kitchen appliances are WHIRLPOOL S A: refrigerator, oven, two ceramic hot plates and telescopic absorber. The sink and the mixing tab are made by BLANCO – Germany. Lighting in the kitchen area is hidden under the upper edge of the cupboards.
Furnishing in the bedroom is designed to provide maximum comfort and luxury. The bed is French type with size 160/200 on low legs. The headboard of the bed is mounted to the wall with two night tables with lamps and a three wing wardrobe. The bathroom is conveniently allocated, furnished in a picturesque composition in combination of glass, dark wood and contrasting white sanitary faience.
The shower cabin is 90 by 90 centimetres with hardened glass. The standard shower is replaced by a wall penal with telephone shower with six hydro massages options. The sink is mounted on a cupboard made of MDF, there is an additional shelf for towels and other accessories. The sink mixer is made from copper alloy with a ceramic head.
The mirror over the cupboard has an independent lighting. The necessary accessories are in unison with the rest of the furnishing. In the bathroom will be installed a 80 litter boiler, for heating of this premises a lyre will be installed with the option to dry and heat up towels.
Main lighting will be provided by lamps on the hanging ceiling, type moon.
Payment:
- €2000 Reservation fee – non refundable for one month
- 20% with 15 days of signing preliminary contact
- 20% within 90 days of 1st installment
- 60% upon Act 16
Notary deeds will be declared on the real price. The maintenance will be €10 without VAT per sq.m per annum.
The completion date is due for March 2008.
Location and Local Attractions
Located just 600m from the ski Gondola and 1,500 m from the centre you have the best of both world, in Bansko. A lot is going in and around the Bansko area and plans for further improvements such as an airport, new infrastructure and emphasis on summer trade, Bansko is one of the most up and coming destinations in Bulgaria.
Bansko town has a lot to offer. To walk through the ancient cobbled streets you get the feel of the old world charm, with a town is filled with history. The town is filled with a mixed of tradition and modern catering for all ages and interests. Here there is a very wide range of quality brand new shops and amenities which are constantly being expanded and improved to make Bansko one of the top resorts in Bulgaria. Bansko is the newest Bulgarian winter resort, and arguably the most exciting. It has recently attracted significant foreign investment, which has allowed for a massive improvement in skiing infrastructure, and other resort related services.
Bansko ski resort is situated in South western Bulgaria, and is only 160km from Sofia, in the foothills of one of the most beautiful Bulgarian mountains - Pirin, which is a national preserve, and which is included in the WORLD NATURAL HERITAGE list. Bansko offers an interesting combination between the virgin nature of The Pirin Mountain range, state of the art skiing facilities, and the atmosphere of an ancient Bulgarian town.
The skiing conditions in Bansko are excellent. The Pirin Mountain is predominantly Alpine in character with three peaks towering above 2900 m. However the slopes offer runs and tracks for all types of skiers, novice through to expert; while the ski runs are maintained in excellent condition. The town itself attracts visitors all year round with its 120 cultural monuments, museums, nightlife and restaurants.
Surrounded by the Pirin and Rila mountains, Bansko is a climatic mountain resort with a short summer and long winter. The average temperature during January, the coldest month, is -19C. Snow falls are abundant, providing a constant winter snow cover up to 2 m thick. The skiing season along the Pirin slopes starts in the middle of December and ends in mid-April, although this is by no means a winter only resort; in the summer Bansko offers excellent hiking fishing, canoeing, horse riding and many other warm weather mountain pursuits. This is very much an all year round resort, which all the family can enjoy.
