Payment Plan

• €1,000 reservation fee for 2 weeks
• 30% with in 21 days of signing the preliminary contract
• 30% on roof completion
• 30% on Natary Deed
• 10% on Act 16

Option Two:
• €1,000 reservation fee for 2 weeks
• 95% with in 21 days of signing the preliminary contract
• 5% discount

There will be a maintenance charge for apartments of €6 per sq.m, and for houses €12
