Located in a highly picturesque village with good access to Lake Iskar, it is no wonder it is such a popular place to own a holiday home. As mentioned previously, British home owners are targetting this village due ot the excellent all year round facilities on offer. Bulgaria's largest inland lake, Lake Iskar, is just 2kms away and here you can fish, swim or hire boats to go out on the lake. The lake is immense and the scenery is just stunning. It really does give the area the ideal all year round usage. For winter time, one of Bulgaria's best ski resorts, Borovets, is just 23kms away and with a lengthy ski season, it is one of the best places to go skiing in Eastern Europe. While the village does have the basic amenities and the property benefits from being close to the centre, Samokov town which is just 13kms away does provide everything. Great value shopping can be done and doctors along with a hospital are also there.
