With the Super Borovets project starting very close by and the authentic 'mountain village' feel, Govedartsi village has become a real property hotspot. Not only is about 15kms from Borovets resort, but it is also about 10kms from the growing resort of Malyovitsa which is not as widely known as Borovets, but does offer great skiing at Bulgarian prices.

The large town of Samokov is 15kms away and here you can find all the facilities you would expect from a good sized town which include a hospital, plenty of shops and restaurants etc.

The area is well serviced for small spa resorts too, the most famous being Belchinski Bani spa which is only 30kms away. The capital of Sofia is 74kms away.
