Description of Property 1 140 sq.m plot close to the mountains Situated in the beautiful and peaceful plain, leading to the great Rilla mountain, this is a great property that enjoys sunshine throughout much of the day. A wonderful place for setting a nice bright home, which will have beautiful views to the whole village. The plot has an area of 1 140 sq.m and at present houses a really aged house, which cries for demolition. On the plot there are some farm buildings, but there faith is similar to the house itself. The place is very-well kept and there are plenty of fruit trees there. Nevertheless, the scenery and the tranquil atmosphere are worth there price. Here you can indulge yourself in calmness and silence, but only few kilometres away is the famous Borovets resort, that is full of fun and entertainment, great place for skiing. Even a greater plus is the proximity to the Belchinki bani spa resort, a place for recharging not only your body, but your mind as well. Mains are not all connected, there is electricity supply, but water still needs to be connected. There is no sewage system in the village, so a septic tank needs to be installed. Location and Local Attractions The village of Reljovo is a small pretty village in the mountains, only 15km form the town of Samokov. It welcomes guests all year-round, lured by the beauty of the mountain and the friendliness of its residents. Borovets is just 23 km up the mountain, quite convenient for anyone, who fancy skiing and all kind of winter sports, but still doesn't like the noise and crowds of the winter resorts. Major plus is the proximity to Belchinki bani spa -only a kilometre away and offering plenty of activities and treatments not only in the winter, but in the summer as well. Sofia and the International airport are only 52 km to the north.
