Location and Local Attractions

Located in one of the hottest property areas in the whole of Bulgaria, this offer will benefit from extensive new facilities and investment in the vicinity. The most major development will be a 750 acre golf course only 2kms away from this offer. Not only will there be excellent golfing facilities, but extra shops and hotels will also be built. This will of course boost tourism hugely to Dolna Banya.

Borovets ski resort is 17kms down the main road.
