Another plus point to this plot is that the secondary road by which it is accessed by also goes direct to Samokov's proposed gondola. So, in effect, this plot has great access to all of Samokov's proposed ski facilities. This is a big advantage if you're considering developing the plot since anything built will have very good rental potential. Location and Local Attractions Set at the edge of Samokov town, overlooking beautiful mountain pine forests, the setting could not be better. Although all town facilities are nearby, this plot benefits from having a great rural and peaceful feel to it. This is yet another potential selling point if any development was built here. Samokov town has been included in the very extensive Super Borovets project and has been earmarked for very extensive redevelopment. New ski facilities like gondolas, lifts and runs will be built along with sports centres, improved infra-structure, extra shops etc.. the list is almost endless for what they will do to the town. All if this investment of course makes any purchase here a gold standard buy which will only go up in value. So form an investment point of view, Samokov is THE place to buy in. again, if you're a ski fan, Samokov and the surrounding area should be a serious consideration. Borovets is currently only 10kms away and once the Super Borovets project is completed, it will be much closer of course.
